Here is what it's about: Women stay in bad relationships far longer than they should. Teen and college girls tolerate abusive behavior without even realizing it-even though there has been much discussion and education on the subject. What is going on? Many young ladies and women alike, wait for clear signs of domestic violence-waiting to be hit in a way that would tell them they are in a toxic relationship.
They set margins, subconsciously waiting for things to get to the point of no return...hedging their lives and futures on a physical attack that will tell them to leave when what they need to be focusing on is whether or not their relationships are destructive~not whether or not their relationships are abusive or laden with domestic violence.
That's what this book is all about-the subtle distinctions between domestic violence and destructive relationships that every woman needs to know about in order to be safe in her relationships. I'll also cover what women need to do to find good men and safe relationships.
Women need to broaden their understanding of exactly what a bad relationship is. They need clearer ideas about when and why to give up and pack it in, and they need to know how to start over, and that means, when to start looking for love again and how to date differently so they can avoid repeating bad patterns and attracting the same type of man repeatedly.
